Mari Jae Sale is the sister website to www.marijae.com where I show and sell my current portfolio.  I am a full time working artist with a studio in Lowell, MA.  My paintings are original oil paintings done on stretched canvas or canvas board.  I work only from direct observation of models, still lives, city scenes, and dogs.  So, I paint reality...sort of.  My colors are saturated, intense, and a bit interpretive but they never distract from the subject matter.  For my complete artist's statement, go to http://www.marijae.com/pages/about_us.asp .
